The Dream-Day 41

Cleared a major hurdle and actually executed my run this morning as prescribed. Proof that this doufus can actually learn and apply.

Brought my videographer to Suffolk Community College Aquatic Center for tonight's training. Thought it would be cool to show where the agony takes place.

    Is your coach still talking while you are down the lane? Who is he talking to?

    The coach is talking to the other lanes handing out instructions. There are 3-4 lanes going on simultaneously. Each swimmer is placed in a lane based on the quarterly fitness evaluation. We’re in the moderate group.
