The Dream-Day 74

Awesome sunrise on the way to today's open water swim. It was gorgeous and almost too warm for the wetsuit. Swam the furthest to date (2.5 mi) and decided to drop the hammer the last 200 meters ending in a 50-75 meter sprint. Not a good idea. Upon finishing, I stood up and was totally off balance. Message to self: DON'T do that at IM.
