The Dream-Day 82

Spent the past few days doing very light recovery work on the bike trainer & pool as well as revisiting resistance training/abs using a few P90X routines.

Getting set to get busy again starting with a 5 hr bike ride followed immediately by a 20 min run brick workout tomorrow. It's gonna be a scorcher which, after this past weekend's 1/2 IM, is actually good news. I must improve thermoregulation (the ability to keep core temp within certain boundries even if the surrounding temp is extreme). Only one way to do that.
