More dock damage.
After the swim, I went to Heckscher with Dominique and cranked out my ride. Just an hr at a moderate pace with a 10' hard effort after 30'.

The Dream-Day 108
First open water swim since the hurricane. Domino Yacht Club took it's lumps. The dock is completely destroyed, but remarkably, the club was spared. My toe, however, wasn't. Little f'er crab or fluke punctured me.
After the swim, I went to Heckscher with Dominique and cranked out my ride. Just an hr at a moderate pace with a 10' hard effort after 30'.
