The Dream-Day 116

Fast walking has replaced running for the next several weeks. Hit the Sunken Meadow State Park trails at 6:15am for 70 min and completed 5.2 mi. For those playing at home that's a lightening quick 13.5 min pace. To put it into perspective, I think Neanderthals 600,000 years ago posted sub 13 min miles.

Kept looking over my shoulder thinking I'd get whacked.
At noon, I went to PT and sweated up a storm as the boys put me through some grueling leg work. These guys are fast learners as they've quickly learned that I'm not their average patient.

Tonight, it's day 1 in the faster lane at the pool. Can't believe I'm paying for a dose of that wonderful feeling of impending death. I'm actually kinda nervous.
